Spa Policies

These policies exist to protect your experience and the standard we hold ourselves to - for you and for us.

01 Arrival Policy+
  • For new clients, your intake form will be emailed to you before your appointment. Please complete it before you arrive.
  • We recommend arriving 10 minutes early, free of eye makeup, for your consultation. Clean lashes = better adhesion = longer wear.
  • Please keep phones on silent or vibrate. For the comfort of all guests, we kindly ask that calls and FaceTime be taken outside the spa.
  • To ensure a safe and relaxing experience for everyone, we kindly ask that children not accompany you to your appointment.
  • In compliance with health department regulations, only certified service animals are permitted in the spa.
02 Lash Refill Policy+
We recommend refills every 2 to 4 weeks based on your natural lash cycle.

  • Refill: 50% or more of your extensions remain, perfect for a refill appointment.
  • Full Set: If fewer than 25% of your extensions remain, a full set may be required.
We assess retention at every appointment. No surprises, no awkward conversations. The better your aftercare, the better your fills.

03 Coming From Another Spa?+
Welcome. We accept refills from other spas and are happy to assess your current lashes on arrival.

If extensions are improperly applied or causing damage to your natural lashes, we will recommend a full removal and fresh set rather than build on top of a problem. Removal is a separate service and an additional charge applies. We would rather be upfront with you from the start.

04 Cancellations & No-Shows+
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Deposit
All new sets require a 25% deposit at booking, applied to your service total.
Card on File
A valid credit card is required to hold all appointments.
Confirmations
Sent 48 hours in advance by text and email. Unconfirmed appointments may be released.
06 Allergic Reactions+
We take every precaution to ensure a safe and comfortable experience. Adhesive sensitivities are rare, but they happen, and we take them seriously.

  • Redness, swelling, or itching after your service? Contact us immediately. We will remove your lashes at no charge, no questions asked.
  • Sensitive skin or a history of reactions? Tell us at booking. We'll schedule a complimentary patch test 24 hours before your appointment.
  • All of our artists are trained to recognize early signs of sensitivity and will pause any service if something doesn't feel right.
  • Reactions are outside of our control, but how we respond to them is not. We will always take care of you.
07 Our Satisfaction Promise+
Every set that leaves our spa carries our name on it. We hold ourselves to the highest standard and if we ever fall short of yours, we want to know.

  • Not in love with your lashes? Tell us before you leave or contact us within 5 days of your appointment.
  • We'll schedule a complimentary follow-up and make it right.
  • We don't offer refunds on services, but we never leave a client unhappy. That's not how we've built 16 years of loyal clients.
  • Standard cancellation fees apply to complimentary appointments.
08 Tipping+
  • Cash or Venmo only, please. Tips go directly to your artist.
