Payment

• A credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
• In order to keep up with inflation and avoid raising our prices, a $4.50 service fee will be applied to all services and $1.50 for wax-only clients.
• Prepaid refill packages available with no expiration date.
• Gratuity accepted in cash or Venmo.

Cancellation Policy

• If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Late cancellations or no-shows will be subject to a fee equal to 100% of the service.
• All cancellations online and in-spa must be done by phone call only.

Guest Policy

• Due to the nature of our lash services, children and pets are not permitted in the spa.
