Spa Policies

These policies exist to protect your experience and the standard we hold ourselves to — for you and for us.

  • New clients — your intake form will be sent online prior to your appointment. Please complete it before you arrive.
  • We recommend arriving 10 minutes early, free of eye makeup, for your consultation.
  • Phones on silent or vibrate please. No calls or FaceTime in the spa.
  • To ensure a safe and relaxing experience for everyone, we kindly ask that children not accompany you to your appointment.
  • In compliance with health department regulations, only certified service animals are permitted in the spa.
Welcome. We accept refills coming from another spa and we are happy to assess your current lashes on arrival.

If extensions are improperly applied or damaging your natural lashes, we will recommend a removal and fresh set rather than build on top of a problem. Removal is a separate service and an additional charge applies. We would rather be upfront with you from the start.

We get it — life happens. We are not here to make you feel bad, we are here to make you look good. But our artists prepare for every appointment, and last-minute gaps affect their livelihood.

Deposit
All new sets require a 25% deposit at booking, applied to your service total.
Card on File
A valid credit card is required to hold all appointments.
Confirmations
Sent 48 hours in advance by text and email. Please confirm your appointment.
We take every precaution to ensure a safe and comfortable experience. Adhesive sensitivities are rare, but they do happen, and we take them seriously.

  • Redness, swelling, or itching after your service? Contact us immediately. We will remove your lashes at no charge, no questions asked.
  • Sensitive skin or a history of reactions to adhesives or eye products? Tell us at booking — we will schedule a complimentary patch test 24 hours before your appointment.
  • Allergic reactions are outside of our control, but how we respond to them is not. We will always take care of you.
Every set that leaves our spa carries our name on it. We hold ourselves to the highest standard, and if we ever fall short of yours, we want to know.

  • Not in love with your lashes? Tell us before you leave or contact us within 5 days of your appointment.
  • We will schedule a complimentary follow-up and make it right — no hassle, no judgment.
  • We do not offer refunds on services, but we never leave a client unhappy. That is not how we have built 16 years of loyal clients.
  • Standard cancellation fees apply to complimentary appointments.
  • Gratuities are welcome via cash or Venmo. Tips go directly to your artist.
  • We suggest 20 to 25% gratuity.
